Nishant has worked with organizations like Cisco Systems, HP, East India Hotels (Flagship company of Oberoi Hotels) & dz cards (the largest player in South-East Asia engaged in manufacturing and personalization of chip based (SIM & EMV) and Mag-stripe cards and associated solutions) across various functions like Application Programming, Business Strategies & Business Planning, Service Strategy, ERP – Techno-functional, Process Transition & Transformation and Customer Experience Enhancement.
While in the corporate job, he worked at various project program and portfolio positions handling strategic programs from $10M ~ $250M. He has strong hands-on experience of setting up and managing medium and large size PMO, managing projects in IT & ITES domain, Back-office operations, transition, process transformation, PMO Operations, Service Delivery & SW Application Maintenance. He led various high value programs and led the organizations on ISO and CMMI implementation.
He comes with more than 11,000 hrs. of classroom training experience. He has successfully delivered more than 450 training sessions on Project management, PMP Exam Preparation, PMO & Governance, Project Leadership and PM Tool (MS Project 2003/2007/2010) and has trained more than 5000 people at various levels from front liners, to leadership positions, from companies like GMR, ABB, Wipro, Oracle, HP, Mphasis, SAP, IBM, Cisco Systems, Unisys Global, Cinepolis, Satyam, Accenture, ITC InfoTech, NIIT Technologies, Honda Motors, Logica, Boving Fouress, Rexam Pharma, Goodrich Aerospace, NDS Technologies, Sony to name a few from various industries and domains.
