Archana Krishnamurthy has overall work experience of over 22 years and is a Leadership and Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Adviser to Governments, Chambers of Commerce and Industries and is the Fouder and CEO of Sigona which is into providing professional services to the Media and Entertainment segment.

Archana is a certified coach from Franklin Covey and provides coaching for senior leaders in corporate, government, trade and industry associations and NGO’s.

Archana started her career in 1991 with the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi where she spent 10 years and handled environment, energy, telecom, IT, membership coordination, JRD Tata Memoria Lecture etc over the years and was the Regional Director for South India.

She was into event management and management consulting for 3 years before she became President of Streisand Art in Bangalore which is the largest art gallery and is supplier of art works to galleries across the globe. She was also the founder director of Streisand Inc, Polysemy Impex, Streisand Foundation, National Association of Small and Medium IT Companies etc. before she joined Technicolor India as Training and Outreach Manager.

She is currently an elected Executive Committee Member of ABAI – which is the national level organisation for creative industries, expert committee member of HR and Skill Development Committee and Knowledge and Education Committee of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

Archana has always been known for founding companies that are serving the interest of the society at large and government and industry in particular from time to time. She has now started work on her new venture which is into providing expert professional services related to business, finance, technical and life skill with a government funded project called Sigona which will formally be launched in September 2014.  She is working very closely with Government of Karnataka on various fronts where she is providing her advisory services on policy and related matters.

 Archana has been a motivational speaker and has been providing training based on experiential transformation programs for schools, colleges and corporates at all levels of students, faculty, employees and management. She is also a speaker on spiritual topics and is frequently invited by Rotary, Senior Citizens Homes and similar organisations to talk about various aspects of spirituality.

 Her latest venture which is currently taking shape is in the form of a Conscious Living Centre (CLC) where people of all age groups will be encouraged to participate to get a better understanding of the ultimate purpose of life, become more self-aware and live and make decisions in life with awareness and consciousness. Whole lot of online and offline programs will be offered for all interested.
